It welcomes and values all differences, and supports each individual in freely expressing their talents.<\/p>\n<p>One of the five strategic drivers of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.monclergroup.com\/en\/sustainability\/strategy\/sustainability-plan\"><u>Sustainability Plan 2020-25<\/u><\/a>\u00a0is the commitment to further enhance an inclusive culture.<br \/>\nThe activities of the DE&amp;I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) program include efforts to ensure that our platforms are also accessible by people with different abilities or who use assistive technology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accessibility of Monclergroup.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since 2020 the Moncler Group has been working with an external partner, leader in the field of web accessibility, to test, correct and maintain the website\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.monclergroup.com\/\">monclergroup.com<\/a>\u00a0in accordance with the relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as well as with current international web accessibility regulations.<br \/>\nOur goal is progressive alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.<br \/>\nTo achieve this, we have established a program aimed at introducing accessibility as an essential requirement of every stage of the life cycle of our digital platforms<\/p>\n<p>We carry out the following activities on a regular basis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analysis of design accessibility, with the aim being to confirm that the graphic design meets the accessibility requirements we have established.<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility audits to validate the compliance of the native application with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard and identify any guideline violations and areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility training for all departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are, however, aware that there are currently nonconformities with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard of low to medium severity in some areas of certain pages, which will be resolved as soon as possible, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.1.1 \u2013 Non-Text Content: some images and icons do not have a meaningful alternative.<\/li>\n<li>1.3.1 \u2013 Info and Relationships: the handling of headers is not always correct;<br \/>\nsome tales are not managed correctly and the relationship between elements is not properly communicated;<br \/>\nnot all tab panels are correctly managed, meaning the semantic relationship between elements is lost;<br \/>\ninputs and labels are not always correctly matched.<\/li>\n<li>1.3.2 \u2013 Meaningful Sequence:<br \/>\nthe reading order of tables and graphics is not always meaningful;<br \/>\nthe handling of modal dialogues is not always correct, resulting in a reading order that is not always meaningful.<\/li>\n<li>1.3.3 \u2013 Sensory Characteristics: the element that closes modal dialogs is only identified by its shape.<\/li>\n<li>1.3.5 \u2013 Identify Input Purpose: not all inputs that collect information about the user have a corresponding autocomplete attribute.<\/li>\n<li>1.4.3 \u2013 Contrast (Minimum):<br \/>\nmany elements do not have a sufficient minimum contrast between the text and the background;<br \/>\nmany elements have a specified text color but not a background color and vice versa.<\/li>\n<li>2.1.1 \u2013 Keyboard: several elements such as tab panels cannot be operated from the keyboard.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.1 \u2013 Bypass Blocks: headers are not always handled correctly and there are no skip links.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.3 \u2013 Focus Order: sometimes the focus is not shifted correctly.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.4 \u2013 Link Purpose (In Context): many links do not have a meaningful label.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.6 \u2013 Headings and Labels: many buttons do not have a meaningful label.<\/li>\n<li>2.4.7 \u2013 Focus Visible: for some components, the focus is not always visible.<\/li>\n<li>3.1.2 \u2013 Language of Parts: texts such as \u201cadd to calendar\u201d;
